My Soul Essence Reading
During the first gathering of my healer training in Costa Rica, I received a soul essence reading that changed everything.
What was spoken wasn't just poetry. It was truth. A mirror. A map. A deep remembrance of who I have always been across lifetimes, across worlds, and across thresholds of birth, death, and return.

Integration: What It Means to Me
I didn't understand it all at once. I had to live with it.
Let it move through my bones. Let it speak to the parts of me I had spent a lifetime avoiding.
This reading helped me understand why I now feel at home in spaces of death, transformation, birth, and emotional rebirth. It helped me see why I've always walked with both light and shadow—why I've been called to guide others through their darkest moments.
But that wasn't always true.
For much of my life, I was terrified of death.
I feared endings, the unknown, and anything I couldn't control.
As a child, I couldn't sleep without the lights on. I was afraid of the dark—not just the shadows in the room, but the shadows inside myself. I had not yet integrated the parts of me I couldn't see or understand.
I spent years building up my life, only to tear it down again.
Over and over.
Drawn to chaos and addicted to collapse. I am more familiar with pain than with peace.
I didn't know that my soul essence, the one who stands at the threshold, who greets and releases, who holds the in-between, had not yet been embodied.
I was living disconnected from my truth.
Afraid of my power.
One of my teachers once said something I will never forget:
"Darkness is pure power. Just like a knife—you can use it to stab someone… or to butter your bread."
That changed everything for me.
I began to see that darkness wasn't here to destroy me.
It was here to complete me.
Darkness is the totality of light.
It is a raw, untamed Source of power.
There is no light without the dark.
There is no dark without the light.
They are twins.
Once I stopped resisting the dark, I began to become whole.
That's when my life truly began.
And that's when I became able to guide others through the same rebirth.
Transmission: Why This Matters to You
Your soul essence is eternal. It remains unchanged from one lifetime to the next. Even if you haven't fully remembered it yet, it is still with you, quietly present beneath your daily life.
You may have sensed it in moments of deep feeling, through dreams, or during times of significant change. You may have glimpsed it without knowing what it was.
As you begin to reconnect with your soul's essence, life starts to feel more in alignment. Patterns begin to make sense. Emotions reveal more profound meaning. The path forward becomes clearer.
The pain you've carried may begin to reveal its purpose to you. The longings in your heart become a guide. The gifts you couldn't explain begin to feel familiar—like something you've always known.
You do not need to create your essence.
It already exists within you.
