Welcome to The Healing Portal. The work we do together is a deep and intentional energetic exchange. To protect the integrity and sacred nature of this container for both of us, the following policies are honored for all sessions.
Booking Your Session
To secure your session and maintain the energetic integrity of the container, please pay in full at the time of booking. This commitment allows the preparation for your journey to begin in the unseen realms.

Rescheduling & Cancellations (Live Sessions)
Life requires flexibility, and we understand that schedules can change.
To Reschedule: We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a live session.
Cancellations: Because the energetic work for your session begins long before we meet, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. I thank you for your understanding. Exceptions may be made for true emergencies at our discretion.
After Your Session: Integration Support
Your integration is a vital part of the healing process.
What’s Included: Each session includes one dedicated follow-up email exchange to provide clarity and support as the energies settle.
How It Works: We invite you to gather all of your questions into a single email, and Luzia will provide one thoughtful and comprehensive response.
Further Support: For any new questions or topics that arise after this exchange, booking a new session is the perfect next step to explore them together.
Our Refund Policy
Due to the deep, energetic, and intuitive nature of this work, all sessions are non-refundable.
