Welcome to The Healing Portal Inner Circle. This is a sacred space to move, reflect, receive, and remember. The membership is a living well of weekly support to deepen your connection to yourself, to Source, and to your soul.

Each week, members will receive the following:

One Vinyasa Yoga Class (60 minutes)

A strong, breath-centered practice designed to build strength, reset the nervous system, and release stuck energy. These flows support energetic clearing, embodied presence, and heart-centered resilience.

One Yin Yoga Class (60 minutes)

A grounding and meditative class that helps restore the nervous system and reconnect you with stillness. These sessions are intuitive and slow-paced, offering space for deep emotional and energetic integration.

One Kundalini Yoga Class (60 minutes)

A dynamic and spiritually focused practice that uses breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to awaken life force energy. These classes are designed to open your energy channels, elevate your frequency, and bring clarity and vitality to your system.

One Voice of Light Transmission (Audio Meditation)

These transmissions are channeled meditative journeys that support you energetically, emotionally, and spiritually. Each one is guided through my eighth chakra and attuned to the collective themes of the week. They may include breathwork, vocal tones, or healing language to help you recalibrate and reconnect with your soul’s unique frequency.

One Soul Story or Reflection Post

Every week, I will share a personal story or reflection from my own healing path. These writings are raw, honest, and grounded in lived experience. Some may be poetic, while others offer direct insight or inspiration. Each one is offered with the intention of meeting you where you are and reminding you of your own inner wisdom.

This membership is a gentle rhythm that supports your return to self. It offers a consistent place to move, rest, listen, and reflect in alignment with your soul’s natural pace.

You may join at any time and cancel whenever you need to.
